CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file. The fee amount may vary depending on the service booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled and could also be subject to the cancellation fee.
